No old laying birds or low-grade rendered meat products.

❌ No Weight-Bearing Bones

We avoid heavy weight-bearing bones that may hinder digestion and contribute to inflammation within the gut.

❌ No Tripe

We avoid using tripe that may contain potentially harmful levels of E. coli and other bacteria that could negatively affect your pet’s microbiome.

Tripe can certainly have nutritional benefits, but finding a consistently clean, high-quality source can be difficult. Because we aren’t willing to compromise on ingredient quality or consistency, we prefer to leave tripe out of our mixes.

Instead, we recommend pairing our Pure Mixes with our high quality kefir to support a healthy, balanced microbiome and get the most out of a raw diet.
